Dynamic credibility scoring
Each source accumulates a health score (0.3–1.0) from success rate (35%), yield ratio (35%),
dedup survival (20%), and latency (10%). New sources start neutral at 0.7. High-credibility sources
pass at full severity weight; low-credibility sources are dampened to 0.5x.
